FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 293(FIN) be taken up at this time.

SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 293(FIN) "An Act extending                        
the termination date of the Council on Domestic Violence and                   
Sexual Assault" was before the Senate on reconsideration.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held to the May 1 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
